Katja Häußermann is a business psychologist and Researcher at LLF Ulm (Lehrstuhl für Lehr-Lern-Forschung) at Ulm University since April 2022, specializing in workplace learning dynamics within professional environments.
Her educational background includes:
- Master in Psychology (2019-2022) from Ulm University with focus on work and organizational psychology and human factors
- Bachelor in Business Psychology (2016-2019) from HFT Stuttgart
Research interests center on informal learning processes among professionals, examining critical factors including:
- Supervisor influence in corporate learning ecosystems
- Structural and psychological learning barriers
