Thompson specializes in analyzing religious dynamics within international affairs, with emphasis on practical applications for U.S. foreign policy. Her work bridges faith-based initiatives and governmental operations across diplomatic, developmental, and defense sectors, while advocating for multi-faith collaboration in civic engagement programs targeting young adults.
Her documented publication—a 2020 blog post on pandemic relief—exemplifies her focus on integrated policy solutions for societal crises, highlighting the necessity of multi-dimensional safety nets through religious partnership frameworks.
As a core contributor to the Strategic Religious Engagement Hub's "The Missing Dimension" blog, she examines evolving religious landscapes in global affairs through practitioner-oriented analysis.
