Katie Maxwell is a Lecturer in the Department of Educational Administration, Foundations, and Psychology at the Faculty of Education, University of Manitoba. She holds an EdD in Educational Leadership from Western University (2019) and a Master of International Education (School Leadership) from Charles Sturt University (2015).
