Katie Lotterhos is an Associate Professor in the Department of Marine and Environmental Sciences at Northeastern University and leads the Conservation Genomics and Evolution Lab at the Marine Science Center in Nahant, MA. Her research integrates eco-evolutionary genomics, ecological modeling, and climate science to study how climate change impacts marine biodiversity and informs sustainable resource management.

Her lab develops statistical methodologies to analyze ecological, genomic, and environmental data, focusing on marine organisms' adaptation to stressors like ocean acidification, pollution, and invasive species.
