Katie Elizabeth Green is a Senior Lecturer in Leadership and Leadership Development at the Department of People and Performance within the Manchester Metropolitan University Business School. She teaches modules such as Leadership and Practice, Introduction to Human Resource Management, and has expertise in Organizational Behavior, Strategic Leadership, and Research Methods. Her research focuses on leadership development in collaborative contexts, emphasizing practice-based and collective models.
