Dr. Katie De Luca is an Honorary Senior Lecturer in the Department of Chiropractic at Macquarie University, Sydney, Australia. Her research focuses on the epidemiology and management of musculoskeletal conditions, particularly in older adults. She leads industry-funded international studies, including the 12-month longitudinal BACE-C study on back complaints in the elderly. With over $2.5M in competitive research funding, she has authored 40+ peer-reviewed papers and 50+ conference presentations. Katie chairs the Chiropractic Australia Research Foundation and Sports Chiropractic Australia, serving on editorial boards for Chiropractic and Manual Therapies and JMPT Women's Health.
