Kathy Rodger is an Associate Professor in Academic Programming at the College of Nursing, University of Saskatchewan. With 43 years of nursing experience across adult critical care, neonatal intensive care, surgery, pediatrics, community, and obstetrical nursing, she has been teaching clinical and theory classes since 1998. She serves as a clinical teaching mentor to faculty members.
