Dr. Kathy M. Robinson is a Professor in the Department of Elementary Education at the University of Alberta's Faculty of Education. She holds degrees from Lebanon Valley College, Northwestern University, and the University of Michigan, with extensive teaching experience in elementary and middle school music across multiple countries including South Africa. Her research focuses on world music pedagogy, culturally-responsive teaching methods, and social justice in music education.
