Kathy Eden is the Chavkin Family Professor of English Literature and Professor of Classics at Columbia University, where she has taught since 1980. She holds a PhD in Comparative Literature from Stanford University. Her dual appointments reflect her interdisciplinary focus on Renaissance and classical scholarship.
