Kathryn Phillips

Kathryn Phillips is a Professor at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF). She founded the UCSF Center for Translational and Policy Research on Precision Medicine (TRANSPERS), focusing on the adoption of precision medicine into healthcare delivery and policy. With over 30 years of continuous NIH funding, she has published more than 200 peer-reviewed articles in health policy journals and serves as an advisor to government and industry organizations.
