Kathryn Corvey is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Health Policy & Organization at the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) School of Public Health. She holds roles including Program Director for the Bachelor of Science in Public Health and has served as a visiting faculty member (2021–2022). Dr. Corvey earned a Doctor of Public Health in Maternal and Child Health from UAB (2020), a Master of Public Health from UAB (2013), and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Kennesaw State University (2009). Her research focuses on public health policy, pediatric health disparities, healthcare quality improvement, and maternal/child health outcomes.
