Kathleen Olsen

Kathleen Olsen is an Adjunct Professor of Accounting at Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree with honors from the State University of New York at Albany and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Her professional affiliations include memberships in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the National Association of Corporate Directors.

Professionally, Olsen has extensive experience in finance and auditing. She served as CFO of Eminence Capital, LLC (1999–2011), Audit Manager at Anchin, Block & Anchin LLP (1993–1999), and currently chairs the Audit Committee of Green Brick Partners, Inc. (NYSE: GRBK). Her expertise spans investment partnerships, corporate finance, and governance.

Philanthropically, she serves as a docent and trustee at the Lockwood-Mathews Mansion Museum and chairs the Finance Committee at Saint Catherine Center for Special Needs.
