Kathleen M. Murphy

Kathleen M. Murphy serves as the Associate Director of the Institute for Public Administration (IPA) and holds a secondary faculty appointment as an Instructor at the Joseph R. Biden, Jr. School of Public Policy and Administration at the University of Delaware. She coordinates the Conflict Resolution Program and specializes in teaching courses on conflict resolution and organizational leadership. Her roles also include overseeing initiatives such as the Birth to Three Mediation and the Special Education Dispute Resolution Services (SPARC).
