With over 25 years of executive human resources experience across manufacturing, legal, accounting, telecommunications, and healthcare industries, she focuses on organizational change management, employee development, and operational efficiency. Dr. Kleinfeldt teaches doctoral students in these fields and supervises dissertation research.
