Kathleen Freson

Kathleen Freson is a Professor at the Faculty of Medicine, KU Leuven. She serves as Director of the Biomedical Sciences Doctoral School and Head of the Center for Molecular and Vascular Biology. Her research focuses on genetic hemostasis disorders, thrombophilia, and inherited platelet defects, with emphasis on genotype-phenotype correlations and omics-based disease modeling.
