Kathleen E. Walsh is Associate Professor at Harvard Medical School and Director of both the Harvard-wide Pediatric Health Services Research Fellowship and Patient Safety Research Program. Based at Boston Children's Hospital Division of General Pediatrics, her work focuses on pediatric patient safety and implementation science.

She mentors junior faculty in health services research and leads federally-funded projects to translate safety interventions into practice across healthcare systems.
