Dr. Kathleen Boies is a Professor in the Department of Management at Concordia University's John Molson School of Business, holding the Concordia University Research Chair in Leadership Development. Her research focuses on leadership across educational institutions, non-governmental organizations, and private industry, with particular emphasis on trust dynamics and team effectiveness.

Dr. Boies' research explores the intersection of personality traits and leadership behaviors, the impact of trust on organizational outcomes, and strengths-based leadership approaches in healthcare. Recent work examines career advancement procrastination, affective trust mechanisms, and longitudinal effects of leadership training programs.
