Kathleen A. Payne

Kathleen A. Payne is a Clinical Lecturer at Binghamton University's Decker College of Nursing and Health Sciences. With over 13 years of experience in classroom and clinical education for undergraduate nursing students, she specializes in pediatric care and simulation-based learning. She also contributes to the Innovative Simulation and Practice Center. Her clinical background includes 25+ years in acute-care hospital settings, where she mentored new graduate nurses and cared for pediatric populations.
