Professor Katherine Shelton is Head of the School of Psychology at Cardiff University. Her research focuses on developmental psychopathology, particularly the mental health of care-experienced young people and adopted children. She leads the Wales Adoption Cohort Study and collaborates with organizations like St. David's Children Society on adoption support initiatives.
