Katherine Roberto

Dr. Katherine Roberto is an Associate Professor of Management and Associate Dean of Faculty Success and Accreditation at the College of Business, Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi. She joined the faculty in 2015 and holds a Ph.D. in Management from the University of Texas at Arlington (2014), following an M.S. in Psychology (2006) and B.A. in Psychology & Religion (2003) from Austin College. Her research focuses on diversity in selection processes, political ideology’s workplace impact, employability, social identity, and social cognition. She has published extensively on topics like employer perceptions of online degrees, generational stereotyping, and workforce aging. Her teaching expertise includes Organizational Behavior, Human Resources, and Leadership. Dr. Roberto previously served as an Adjunct Professor at Tarrant County College and a lecturer at UTA’s Management Department.
