Katherine Peitsch

Katherine Peitsch is an Assistant Clinical Professor in Audiology at Towson University's Department of Speech-Language Pathology & Audiology. She holds an Au.D. from Towson University and a B.A. from Loyola University Maryland. Her expertise spans hearing aids, diagnostic audiology, and auditory processing disorders, with a focus on clinical supervision.

Her research examines auditory perception in complex environments, particularly how experience and protective equipment affect firearm identification capabilities. This work bridges clinical audiology with forensic applications in occupational settings.
