Katherine P. Smith

Katherine P. Smith serves as Adjunct Faculty at Roseman University, where she functions as Preceptor and Residency Program Director for the PGY-1 Community Pharmacy Residency program in partnership with People's Health Clinic in Park City, Utah. She delivers comprehensive medication management in inter-professional family medicine and pediatric settings at this free clinic serving uninsured populations in Summit and Wasatch Counties.

Her educational background includes a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from the University of Maryland College of Pharmacy, complemented by a Pharmacy Practice Residency at the University of Arizona/University Medical Center and a Pediatric Specialty Residency at the University of Tennessee/LeBonheur Children's Medical Center.
