Katherine L. Nathanson

Katherine L. Nathanson is a Professor in the Department of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania, serving as Pearl Basser Professor for BRCA-Related Research at the Abramson Cancer Center. She holds leadership roles including Director of Genetics at the Basser Research Center, Deputy Director at the Abramson Cancer Center, and Director of the Penn Medicine Center for Genomic Medicine.

Her research spans hereditary breast/ovarian cancer, melanoma, testicular germ cell tumors (TGCT), and neuroendocrine tumors.
