Dr. Katherine L Welter serves as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Medicine at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine, where she is a member of the Division of Hospital Medicine. Since joining in 2018, she has held key roles including Medical Director for an inpatient unit and Chair of the Clinical Practice & Quality Committee, driving initiatives in quality improvement, patient safety, and medical education.
