Katherine Halopka-Ivery is an Adjunct Associate Professor of Law at Marquette University Law School and an Assistant United States Attorney in the Eastern District of Wisconsin. She is actively engaged in criminal prosecution and legal education, specializing in trial advocacy and human trafficking.
Her primary professional focus lies in criminal law, with extensive experience in prosecuting firearms and drug trafficking, violent crimes, and human trafficking.
