Her teaching includes courses on US imperialism (Prelims FHS EWF 12), Cold War soft power (FS: America’s Hidden Empire), and modern global history. She also explores the history of film and memory through her podcast 'Flashback: American Historians on Movies', co-hosted to analyze historical narratives in Hollywood films.
Her research interests span transimperial studies, the history of travel, and popular culture. She actively engages with public history through social media (Twitter/X and Bluesky) and contributes to Oxford's academic mosaic in gender and imperial history.
