Katherine (Katy) DeCelles is a Professor of Organizational Behavior at the Joseph L. Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto, and cross-appointed to the Centre for Criminology and Sociolegal Studies. She holds the Secretary of State Professorship in Organizational Effectiveness and serves as Academic Director of the Rotman PhD Program. Her research bridges organizational behavior, criminology, and moral psychology, focusing on conflict, emotion, morality, inequality, and crime.
