Katharine Noel

Katharine Noel is an Associate Teaching Professor and Director of Undergraduate Studies in the Writing Seminars at Johns Hopkins University, part of the Krieger School of Arts & Sciences. She holds a PhD-equivalent academic role focused on teaching and curriculum development. Her career includes prior roles as a Writer in Residence at Claremont McKenna College (2009–2013) and Jones Lecturer at Stanford University (2002–2009), where she also held prestigious writing fellowships (2000–2002).
