Katharina Pernkopf

Katharina Pernkopf is a Lecturer at the Interdisciplinary Institute for Behavioral Science-Oriented Management, focusing on organizational institutionalism and comparative human resource research. Her work addresses tensions between institutional requirements, organizational rules, and personal values, with a current emphasis on the European Working Time Directive in Viennese hospitals and employer branding dynamics.
