Katharina Kindermann

Dr. Katharina Kindermann is an Akademische Rätin (Research Fellow) at the Lehrstuhl für Grundschulpädagogik und Grundschuldidaktik at Julius-Maximilians-Universität Würzburg. She holds a PhD in Education/Psychology from Universität Siegen (2017) and has extensive experience in media pedagogy, inclusive education, and digital storytelling. Her work focuses on integrating technology into elementary education, particularly through tablet-based learning environments and digital storytelling projects like StoryTimE. She has led projects such as the Uni-Klasse, a platform for experimental teaching with tablets, and contributed to studies on informal religious learning in church spaces.
