Kate Klonick is an Associate Professor of Law at St. John's University School of Law. Her research focuses on law and technology, particularly private platform governance of online speech. She teaches Property, Internet Law, and a seminar on information privacy. Klonick holds a Ph.D. in Law from Yale Law School, a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, and an A.B. with honors in modern American History and cognitive neuroscience from Brown University.
