Professor Kate Dupré holds dual roles as Graduate Chair and Professor in the Department of Psychology at Carleton University, affiliated with the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences. She earned her Ph.D. from Queen's University. Her research focuses on workplace health effects, including the impact of workplace mistreatment on well-being, leadership dynamics, and environmental sustainability practices. She examines vulnerable employee groups such as young/older workers and those with disabilities, emphasizing organizational policies' role in fostering equitable work environments.
Her recent work addresses pandemic impacts on working mothers, police officer stress, and climate change behavior through social norms. She has published widely in organizational behavior and psychology journals since 2020. As Graduate Chair, she oversees academic programs and student support initiatives in the Psychology department, located at A515 Loeb Building.
