Katarzyna Miaskowska-Daszkiewicz

Dr Katarzyna Miaskowska-Daszkiewicz is a Full-time Associate Professor at the Department of European Union Law, Faculty of Law, Canon Law and Administration, Catholic University of Lublin. She holds an LL.M. and Ph.D. in Law from the same institution, with a dissertation on pharmaceutical regulation under Prof. Wojciech Łączkowski. She specializes in administrative law, EU institutional law, constitutional law, and bioethical issues in healthcare.

Teaching: She teaches Public Commercial Law and European Institutional Law. Her international collaborations include Erasmus+ visits to universities in Hungary, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Germany, where she delivered lectures on EU law, administrative law comparisons, and healthcare regulation.

Advisory & Projects: She contributed to legal analyses for the Polish Parliament (Sejm) on constitutional issues, including healthcare laws and historical monument protection. Her research often intersects legal frameworks with public health and bioethical concerns.
