Katarzyna Januszkiewicz

Katarzyna Januszkiewicz is a psychologist and specialist in organization and management at SWPS University, where she serves as an Associate Professor and Dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences in Warsaw. Her work spans organizational behavior, interdisciplinary research methodology, and social entrepreneurship.

• Education: PhD in Psychology; postdoctoral fellowships at Cracow University of Economics, Nicolaus Copernicus University, and Novosibirsk State University.

Her research focuses on organizational behavior, including behavioral flexibility, career paradigm shifts, workplace diversity, and the professionalization of management research methods. She has led projects like the multidimensional analysis of organizational behavior (2014–2016) and contributed to international initiatives such as HELPcare and Empowering VET. Notably, she developed a tool to analyze organizational-employee behavior correlations.

She has authored over 50 publications, including monographs Flexibility of Organizational Behavior: Research Concept and Methodology and Employee Professional Development: Opportunities and Threats. Her teaching portfolio includes organizational behavior, cultural differences in business, and decision-making under uncertainty.
