Dr Katarzyna Fleming is a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Teacher Education and a researcher at the Social and Economic Research Institute, Sheffield Hallam University. She teaches undergraduate and postgraduate courses, focusing on inclusive education and professional development in teaching. Her research emphasizes co-productive partnerships between educators, parents/carers, and practitioners in Health and Social Care, aiming to foster inclusive and empathetic decision-making processes. She holds qualifications including MEd, B.Ed., Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA), and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

Supervision: Open to supervising doctoral and MA students in qualitative research areas such as co-productive partnerships, inclusive education, and dialogic pedagogies.
