Katarina Breka

Katarina Breka is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Animal Ecology and Zoogeography, Faculty of Biology, University of Belgrade. She specializes in animal ecology with a focus on trophic and habitat dynamics, population conservation, and biogeography of amphibians.

Her research examines microhabitat differentiation and diet composition of green frogs in Serbian riparian zones, supported by projects from the Rufford Foundation and Science Foundation. She has served in teaching and research roles at the Faculty since 2014.
