Kat Harrison is an academic staff member at the Sydney Pharmacy School within the Faculty of Medicine and Health at the University of Sydney. Her role combines teaching and research responsibilities.
Research Interests:
- Development of cyclic peptides as antiviral agents, particularly targeting SARS-CoV-2 protease
- Application of mirror-image mRNA display and genetic reprogramming for ligand discovery
- Innovation in peptide screening technologies for anti-infective and anti-inflammatory applications
- Engineering of bispecific antibodies and chimeric peptides for improved therapeutic delivery
