Kat Allott is an MSci Postgraduate University Teacher in Biomechanics at Loughborough University, affiliated with the National Centre for Sport and Exercise Medicine (NCSEM). She joined the university in 2021 and contributes to Biomechanics teaching within the School. Her expertise focuses on athlete performance analysis, particularly in gymnastics disciplines like trampoline and double mini trampoline.
Kat holds a first-class MSci in Sport and Exercise Science from the University of Bath (2020). She gained professional experience through a placement at the New South Wales Institute of Sport in Sydney (2017–2018), supporting elite athletes. Her athletic achievements include winning the British Universities and Colleges Sport (BUCS) Trampoline Championship in 2019.
