Kasey Pendexter serves as the Intervention Track Director at the SMART Deaf and Hard of Hearing Child Resilience Center at Gallaudet University. Their role focuses on developing specialized materials for deaf clients and disseminating these resources to agencies serving deaf populations. Ms. Pendexter is a licensed master’s-level clinician with formal SMART training and extensive experience implementing SMART interventions in residential programs for trauma-impacted deaf youth.
