Karthik Namasivayam is the John and Becky Duffey Professor of Hospitality Business and serves as the Director of the School of Hospitality Business at Michigan State University (MSU). His expertise spans innovation, sustainability, information technology systems, foodservice management, hospitality leadership, operations, and human resources.
