Karsten Neuhoff

Dr. Karsten Neuhoff is a Research Fellow at the Institute for Research Technology (IIT), School of Engineering, Universidad Pontificia Comillas, Madrid. He joined the institute in January 2017 as a Scientific Committee Member (Categoría actual: Miembro del Comité Científico) with origin at TU Berlin. His research focuses on energy economics and EU climate policy implementation.

Neuhoff's work centers on designing market mechanisms for climate neutrality, including locational electricity pricing to resolve transmission constraints and carbon border adjustments to prevent carbon leakage.
