Dr. Felix Christian Matthes is a Senior Researcher and Research Coordinator for Energy and Climate Policy at the Öko-Institut Consult GmbH since 2009. He established the Berlin office of the Öko-Institut in 1990 and holds a doctorate (summa cum laude) in political science from Freie Universität Berlin (1999).
