Prof. Dr. Karsten Hadwich is a faculty member at the University of Basel, affiliated with the Faculty of Business and Economics (WWZ). He serves as Co-Head of the MBA Marketing and Business Development Program and as a Lecturer, focusing on teaching and program development.
His research and professional work center on marketing and service management, with a particular emphasis on smart services. He investigates these services from multiple perspectives, including customer, employee, and legal viewpoints, as well as their industry-specific characteristics. His work aims to develop innovative solutions to current and future challenges in the field.
Prof. Hadwich is committed to knowledge transfer through high-quality teaching, supporting students' education and contributing to transformation processes in business and society. He is actively involved in continuing education, particularly through the MBA program.
