Beat Spirig is a Lecturer and Research Assistant at the Faculty of Business and Economics (WWZ) at the University of Basel, Switzerland. He also serves as an adjunct to the Dean of Studies. His research focuses on the Political Economics of European Integration and Switzerland's relationship with the European Union.
Education: Dr.rer.pol (2006) and Lic.rer.pol (2001). Teaching responsibilities include 'Introduction to Economics' (fall semester) and 'Current Topics in Economics' (spring semester).
