Karrie Weber is a Professor in the School of Biological Sciences at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, with research facilities located in Manter Hall (MANT 232). Her interdisciplinary research program investigates microbial interactions with environmental systems across molecular, ecosystem, and global scales. Using integrated approaches from microbiology, molecular biology, and geochemistry, she examines how microorganisms regulate biogeochemical cycles in aquatic and terrestrial environments.
