Karolina Bartkowicz

Karolina Bartkowicz is a Lecturer at RMIT University's School of Property, Construction, and Project Management (PCPM). She serves as Program Manager for the Graduate Certificate in Design Management and teaches in the Construction Management Program.

Her research investigates how planting scents affect restorative experiences in public parks and gardens, aiming to optimize sensory design through strategic plant placement. This aligns with her broader interests in climate change adaptation, urban greening, and sustainable infrastructure.

Karolina has taught internationally at Tsinghua University (Beijing) and the LandWorks program (Sardinia). Her work has been recognized by the Green Gown Awards with both finalist and highly commended categories.
