Karmen Mlinar

Ass.-Prof. Dr. Karmen Mlinar is an Associate Professor at the Department for Continuing Education Research and Educational Technologies at the University for Continuing Education Krems. Her work focuses on intercultural education, ethical pedagogy, and social inclusion. She has conducted extensive research on ethnic diversity in schools, multicultural attitudes among pre-service teachers, and the impact of digital technologies on education during crises like the COVID-19 pandemic.
