Karlston Nasser is a Lecturer in Finance at the Leeds School of Business, University of Colorado Boulder. With over three decades of global business experience, he specializes in real estate and proptech innovation. He founded Viver Properties in 2020 and previously served as an officer at Hines, a global real estate investment firm. Nasser also created and taught the International Private Equity/Real Estate elective at Rice University's Jones School of Business and acts as a case competition judge at the Klump Center for Real Estate. He earned his BBA from Universidade Sao Judas Tadeu in Brazil and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth in 2006. Currently, he is developing Hausrev, a proptech app aimed at increasing transparency in the student housing market.
