Her work integrates situated cognitive anthropology—specifically the 'course of action' methodology pioneered by Jacques Theureau and STAPS researchers (Marc Durand, Jacques Saury, Carole Sèvre, Nathalie Gal-Petitfaux et al.)—with American pragmatism (Peirce, Dewey, James) to analyze experiential learning processes among novice and experienced practitioners.
