Dr. Karen L. Terrell is an Assistant Professor of Mathematics Education at Loyola University Maryland. With over 20 years of experience, her work centers on content and language integration, mathematics education, and technology-driven assessment for diverse learners. She holds leadership roles in organizations including GATESOL (2nd Vice President), AERA (Junior Co-Chair, Research on Mathematics Education SIG), and the Association of Maryland Mathematics Teacher Educators.
